Oyster Bay Gardens is a LIHTC (Low Income Housing Tax Credit) property with 48 1-bedroom apartments. 36 of the apartments are for those 62 years of age or older and 12 of the apartments are for the developmentally disabled who are 55 years of age or older and eligible for services through the NYS Office of Persons with Development Disabilities.
